I recently purchased items from this seller located in Latvia for delivery to California, USA. The transaction process was highly efficient. The parts were dispatched immediately after purchase, and the seller proactively provided photographs of the package before shipment. The items are currently in transit.
As an international buyer, I believe the overall experience could be enhanced with better communication regarding customs requirements. FedEx contacted me upon arrival in the US to request additional details regarding the raw materials and the specific valuation of the goods.To optimize the experience for international clients, it would be highly beneficial if the seller provided customs declaration information prior to shipping. Establishing a shared understanding of international shipping regulations and preemptively notifying purchasers of documentation requirements would prevent clearance delays and create a more seamless transaction.
