These guys are top of the bill in speed and service. Communication is instant since they reach out by WhatsApp and react instantly to queries. Then they truly go the extra mile: my package was delivered so fast that I wasn’t yet at the address where I had it sent. By the time I arrived there, it had been returned to them. It became complicated when I had moved away from the initial address to a totally different country. These guys made sure I got the item speedily in the new country by sending another item from their stock , even before the initial item had been returned to them. Good parts as described,good service

Ordered 3GR engine from GS300, received it quickly, without hesitation. Noticed immediately, that the received engine was changed without my notice with a different one with lots of higher milage by the VIN. Employee stated that they just choose the best engine they had and the mileage is incorrect even though i could find it stated by the local vehicle inspection... Alright, let's say that it was internally better, BUT what was found out when assembling is that the water pump was repaired poorly, 3 screws were ruined and it was held by epoxy instead of a metal gasket. Replacing and fixing this took time and money. Would really not trust ordering here again, there inspections and transparency looks good on paper but in practice is questionable.

On 10th sept. I ordered a kit of a rear shock absober from Carparts4you. wassap ( in the begining ) they were helpfull, but once the items were paid, and after 15 days waiting and waiting ( because everytime time I contact them , they tell me the same , they have a lot of work and orders and they will see tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow) I have to pass the OMT of my car and I asker them please urgent, but... I HAVEN´T RECEIVED YET , AND EVEN THEY HAVEN´T DISMANTEL FROM THE CAR AFTER 15 DAYS WAITING, and waiting and waiting!! and what is worst , they proposed, because i wasnt happy to give me back the money , after more than one week waiting?? that is not nice from anybody. They play with you.

I still have not recived what i ordered. Seems like dpd problem. I will wait for resending
