Josh was very quick to respond, informative and thorough in assessing end of tenancy carpet cleaning in a split staircase 2 level period property. Aaron was also informative, courteous and did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets which after 8 years of use now look like new again. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Aaron was extremely professional. With pleasant manners and great communication skills, he talked me through the process before during and after the work and was flexible to adapt to my ‘ask’. He came at very short notice and overall I’d say the service was excellent with amazing results and great value.

Very pleased with the service we received from Josh. He tested the material on our chairs before he cleaned them and once cleaned they came up like new. He also did a great job on a woollen rug that had plenty of footfall. Would highly recommend

Great communication before and after the clean. Carpets heavily stained and very smelly from an incontinent pet and a puppy. Arrived on time. Worked hard to leave me with fresh smelling, stain free and almost dry carpets. Followed up with a check in 24 hours later and sent invoice once I was happy. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend and I will use again.

So happy I went with this company to clean our living room carpet. Having 2 toddlers, 2 dogs and a cat with a cream carpet it had certainly seen better days and it was beyond my capability to get it as clean as I would have liked.
They were extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. I now have a fresh clean carpet throughout my lounge again, my only regret is not having it done sooner.
I will definitely be having them back again.

Josh and the team were great. They responded to my enquiry quickly and provided a competitive quote for the work. Josh called me twice during the work (as I was out) to keep me updated of what was going on and to make me aware that they were having to work hard to remove some stubborn stains (it is a wool carpet and I have 2 young kids!) The job on the carpet was tremendous, it’s given it a new lease of life and certainly got it looking somewhere near its best (it’s been down 12 years and there it’s been well worn). My thanks to Josh and Aaron for taking the job on and making a great job of it.
