I received the carpets 24 hrs later…
I received the carpets 24 hrs later than expected. The big carpet's color didn't match the pictures, so I had to return them. The return procedure is too complicated, that's why I had to call support two times.
Support was helpful, and after all I got my money back.
So it was a so so experience.
