Carpetland Carpet One Floor & Home Reviews 

The floors turned out beautiful. But it was a nightmare of a week. The installation guy(s) did not come any any set time and would show up at random often only one guy by himself. The first day they (2) didn't get to my home until 5pm and left at 8pm. Didn't return the next day until noon and stayed until 8pm. The 4th day they came at 5pm and left at 6pm. And the 5th day they worked 13 hours to try to complete the job by the Friday deadline. However not all parts were ordered properly and the were missing two key parts. At the beginning, they didn't have all of the supplies nor the thresholds delivered with the wood delivery the week prior. After everything I love the floors but it was a huge headache to get it all installed.

Randy is very thorough and utilizes his time wisely as his response time cant be matched with getting estimates back to me. The quality is always great and him and his crews go above and beyond on our jobs. Thank you Randy and we will be seeing you soon.

We recently bought carpet for our living room, bedroom and stairs from Carpetland. Melissa was our salesperson. She did a great job helping us pick the right carpet and coming out for the measurements. She was very good about following up on all phone calls and answering our questions.
When the carpet was supposed to be installed they arrived with only the living room carpet. Apparently the bedroom carpet had been overlooked. So this called for another day of installation. That was disappointing and the reason for only giving them 4 stars. So far we are very happy the installation and the quality of the carpet.

Ricky was so helpful and professional when we took my mom to Carpetland in Milford to pick out her carpet. He reassured us that they would take care of her carpet needs. And they did. He called and emailed me with a quote after he measured mom's apartment. Within a few weeks the carpet was in and he called again to set up the installation appointment. The installers were considerate and professional. Mom is very pleased with her carpet. We all appreciate Carpetland's service and would recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you!

Joshua worked with us twice at our rental property and once on our personal property during prep for re-sale. He was very attentive to our requests and paid attention to our budget and our scheduling- which on each account were imperative! We would recommend working with Josh in the future for flooring needs!

Installers did a great job on our house which has a lot of angles and finished the job very quickly. We upgraded on the carpet, but were satisfied with the price. Everyone was great to work with.
