Hello, As we explained also in our email, the kilim you received is the one you ordered from our website. You selected the 60×90 cm size, which is the smallest size available on the loom, and therefore the pattern is naturally proportioned to that specific size.
Variations in the appearance of the design are normal depending on the dimensions chosen, especially for handmade kilims.

According to UPS tracking, the courier attempted delivery to your address few times but was unable to find anyone available to receive the package.
As mentioned in our email sent to you, we can easily help resolve this: we can arrange delivery to a nearby UPS Access Point for convenient pickup, or ask UPS to attempt delivery again on a day and time when you know you will be at home.

Good afternoon, the oriental carpets are shipped folded and we never receive a complaint on it. Leave the carpet on the floor for few days or roll it on the other side for 24 hours and the creases will go away. If you have problems please contact us to info@carpetliving.com. Thank you, kind regards

The purchase of a beautiful carpet was easy and the delivery from Milan to the North of Germany very quick.
Also the refund of a payment for another carpet which was unexpectedly out of stock happened within a few days. All in all a good buying experience !
