Worst company I’ve ever come across

Worst company I’ve ever come across. They will say they will deliver in 2 days and deliver in 7 days.
Everyday they’ll say they expect to deliver the carpets tomorrow and then it won’t happen.
They Will say they they will deliver between a certain time frame and will give you notice and then on the day completely change their mind.
Worst of All their customer service will ultimately just tell you “well we are busy , we have other customers, this is normal”.
If you’re looking to get your carpets cleaned, work with any of the other professional companies

Exceptional service! Our carpets have never looked better thanks to the professional team at Carpetprowash. They were prompt, thorough, and efficient, exceeding our expectations in every way. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future!
