This was the first time we had used this retailer and will definitely return for all carpet purchases. A carpet fitter turned up to measure within hours of us visiting the shop. The carpet was ordered that day and fitted in a week. Catheryn was excellent at the shop and the fitters were very professional. A thoroughly good experience all round.

I was extremely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. Getting a quote was quick and straightforward, and communication throughout the job was excellent — I was kept updated at every stage. The fitting itself was completed to a very high standard, with real attention to detail. The team even went the extra mile by finishing off some final trim work to make sure everything looked perfect.

All in all, a great experience and brilliant service. I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and professional workmanship.

I would love to be able to write a positive review referencing quality work and great customer service, but unfortunately this is far from there case. Having initially contacted Ben Rule Carpeting for a quote, he arrived on the agreed date and spent all of 2 mins briefly discussing my requirements then left stating I would receive a quote within a few days. After not receiving the quote I chased for the first time and was asked to pop into the showroom to discuss further, this I did, confirmed details and was told to wait for a quote. To cut a long story short, I’ve now chased seven times over a month, including phones calls and show room visits, with the only response from a very polite lady at the show room “I’ll have a word with Ben and call you back” each time with no response at all. If anyone is looking for flooring the Bath area, I would strongly advised giving Ben Rule a miss, customer service means a lot, and this company is unfortunately lacking in this dept.
