Ordered late Tuesday evening and arrived Thursday morning. Excellent service. Another good thing I noticed is all the 4 boxes making up my order were of the same batch number for colour consistency which isn't always the case with other suppliers. Keep up the good work.

We were particularly disappointed after receiving this negative review. We had messages on every page of our website and two on the checkout page saying we were closed for 1 week for our annual holidays. We also had an answer message on our phone system and auto responders on sales emails informing customers we were on holiday too. If a call had of been made then the telephone answer machine would have automatically kicked in after 5 rings and (if listened to) would have explained we were away. The website message read that customers could still purchase online while we were away to ensure stock reservation but we were unable to dispatch any orders until our return a week later. This is the reason why it took a week to arrive but what we are totally bemused by is to why, between auto emails saying we were away after purchase, prominent messages all over our website together with an answerphone message if calling in could have all been missed? If the 1 star feedback would have been warranted then we obviously could have understood but to receive this with everything we had in place seems very harsh indeed. Hopefully anyone reading this can see from our explanation that our reasons for the delay we completely genuine. We take what we do here extremely seriously and always do our very best to look after all our customers. We will reach out to this customer to see if there is anything we can do.
