I was made welcome at the store and provided with detailed information by Tom of the styles/features to make my choice. There was no rush or pressure. Once chosen, i was kept updated by Philip and contacted within 2 weeks that the carpets were ready. I asked for the team to fit them over 2 days to enable us to move furniture around. This was easily accommodated and the teams on both days were punctual, professional, and the fit/finish is pristine. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time we've used Carpet Trader Bicester. The whole experience is customer centric, non-pushy, professional and supportive. From the initial visit to measure up, through to the final quality checks and checking everything is as it is meant to be - their service is exceptional.

Have used on several occasions over last 2 years for both Carpet and Karndean flooring. Excellent and reliable service on each occasion from Derek, Tom and the fitters.

Have used Bicester carpet traders twice now, 1st time they matched the existing carpet really well and the 2nd time put a carpet back after sharps had been. Both times I have found them very professional and the fitters are excellent at what they do. Would definitely recommend them 👍

I have been in and out of Marks shop for
well over a year now,and not because of problems, but because I'm a nightmare at making my mind up.Also because there is so much quality choice.All my flooring is provided by Mark,Clive is a diamond and the fitting perfect 👌 Mark as been so patient with me and obviously knows his stuff,price wise I cannot fault it ,there is something for everyone.Thanks again boys...I'll be back 🤣 i know I've been a pain you've been great to me though 😁

One of your drivers in a silver Ford Fiesta very nearly caused an accident on Wendelbury interchange around 1:50 pm on the 9th of April by cutting in. I am writing this review in case you don't want your brand to be represented in this way.

We have used Carpet Trader in Bicester several times now, we have had Karndean flooring in our conservatory and kitchen and have just had a new carpet in our lounge/diner. They are very helpful with advice and have always done a great job with the fitting and tidy up when finishing. I would highly recommend them.

Great service from the moment we walked into the showroom where we were welcomed by Ali who was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice on choosing our carpets. Derek came to measure and also gave us excellent customer service with no pressure on sales. After receiving our quote which was emailed over to us we were given an installation date of 2 weeks later and a 2 day installation time. The fitter’s arrived on time and were very friendly and respectful of our property, after finishing the carpet fitting they even hoovered up and left everything tidy. I will definitely use Carpet Trader again and highly recommend. Also the price was good.

Amazing work. Derek and Tom was absolutely amazing. Tom was happy to answer all our questions and helped us choose the right type of carpet for our new house. It looks amazing. The carpet was fitted for 3 bedrooms and stairs within 3/4 hours. Highly recommended.

Absolutely first class job. Steve and Chris fitted our kitchen and utility over a day and a half. I couldn’t praise them highly enough. Hugely helpful and a pleasure to have them both in our home. I strongly recommend Carpet Trader Ltd. and will be re booking for carpets

Used this local company to fit vinyl flooring and new carpets into our house in Bicester. They were very efficient in organising a viewing and quote, and gave great advice on selection of types of flooring and carpets. The fitting was done efficiently, with a minimum of fuss and in the time line we had in mind. The vinyl flooring and carpets look good. Overall a very professional service. I can highly recommend them.

We ordered some carpet for our old house. The office staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process - even when I totally botched my first order. But Rob and Blake who came to lay the carpets were just amazing - the rooms were full of furniture, the ceilings sloped almost to the floor and invited concussion and there were numerous vertical wooden beams which carpet had to be navigated round. It took them one day and the result was carpet perfection.
Great people and lovely carpet - what’s not to like?

I am selling my house and needed to get the majority of the rooms fitted with carpet. I initially visited their showroom at the end of November, where Tom and Ali were excellent in advising me what carpet to choose. Derek, the owner, came to my house a few days later to measure up and brought some samples to decide exactly what colour to go for. A couple of days later the very reasonable quote was emailed and after paying the initial deposit, two dates were agreed to make it easier to move furniture around. The whole process from walking into their showroom to having the carpets fitted took two weeks and that included ordering a 5m length of carpet they didn't keep in stock. All this before Christmas as well! I highly recommend this company.

Just had Karndean wood flooring put down in my living room my Lee who was excellent. Real attention to detail and took all the old carpets away and left the place really tidy. I was impressed and have used Carpet Trader in Bicester before so was a repeat customer, but always happy to sing their praises. I also had my hall and landing carpeted at the same time. We employed Carpet Trader to replace the carpets in our rental house prior to selling. They immediately understood our requirements and were able to provide useful advice. Derek came to measure up and was able to suggest an ideal solution for the bathroom floors. In view of the amount of floor coverings supplied, the fact that the carpets were done in a day and that the team also removed the (horrible!) old carpet and disposed of it the price was very reasonable. We have dealt with Carpet Trader before and would unfailingly recommend them.
