My Kappion canopy is excellent
Kappion designed, manufactured and installed a bespoke canopy to provide sheltered storage outside my back door that will keep both logs for my wood-burning stove dry and me dry when I have to fetch them in on wet winter evenings. The canopy is just what I wanted, and the whole design and installation experience first rate. Kappion surveyed the site with a drone, from which they produced a video showing what their proposed canopy would look like. That lead me to change my spec slightly to improve my first thoughts, and Kappion’s revised video confirmed to me that it was an improved design. Kappion sent me detailed design specs to review from which I found one potential snag which Kappion remedied before manufacture and missed another minor snag which I worked-around after installation.
I’m just delighted with the whole experience and the end result, which is of first-rate quality.
