The car racks came well packaged, with clear instructions of how to fit them. I have not used them yet but I feel confident that they will be easy to fit.

Delivered quickly and for the money a decent quality roof rack. Ideal for my purposes as an occasional rack

The roof bars were delivered on time and well packed. They were easy to fit and seem like good quality. And the price was reasonable, a lot cheaper than other makes.

Searched the internet for a good quality rack to fit onto my closed roof bars. Carracks was best deal I found at a reasonable price.
Delivery was slightly delayed by a couple of days, but I was sent an apologetic email from Mick’s Garage explaining situation, which I was grateful for.
Product arrived well packaged and nothing missing. I fitted the rack securely to my roof bars and I am confident with the product.

Went for the aluminium roof rack for my car. Slight delay with the delivery, however that was communicated. Took approx 1 week from order to delivery. Really pleased with the roof racks quality. Looks great and for the price it’s much better than the other for similar price range. All in all, would definitely recommend.

More than happy with the roof rack it is easy to fit once set up strong and sturdy fit it looks well made. I’ve marked it down due to a slow delivery from Ireland but I wouldn’t definitely recommend it

I have bought roof bars off this firm in the past, the products are very good, service is excellent and delivery was exactly what it said. Can't fault them.

I ordered a bike rack from carracks.co.uk and it arrived with a crucial part missing, making it completely unusable. Trying to get this resolved has been incredibly frustrating. The website provides no customer service phone number or direct email address — only an online contact form.

I did eventually receive a single reply asking for photos, which I promptly sent. Since then, I’ve followed up every day by email for a full week and have received absolutely no response.

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. This company is unreliable and untrustworthy, the website is poor and looks like a scam site on closer inspection. The receipt email I received was from MicksGarage in Ireland.

Avoid both companies if you expect basic customer service or support when something goes wrong, they are total time waster scammers.

Ordering process was simple and arrived within time stated, price was good for item ordered . Sounds like a dream right - but the item received was damaged discovered on fitting the roof rack - I’ve now been emailing almost daily with only 1 reply advising the cracked part won’t anffect its use . If I wanted damaged item id have bought from marketplace but new . This was over 3 weeks ago - still no replies no working telephone number - no answer on their Facebook or instagram accounts- would never buy again would prefer to pay higher price from an actual store -

The rack was as described, fitted well and looks good. Took a while to assemble so much more complex than Thule in that respect. Locks fiddly to get into covers in right orientation.
Was a little concerned when got notification I would have to pay VAT on it as thought was coming from the UK but it was delivered without me needing to.

I received emails during the delivery window and was kept informed as to delivery date and time- which was accurate. The bars themselves fit perfectly and are of good quality. I would definitely recommend.

Delivery takes a while but it fits well, is of good quality and value.

I bought a dog guard that was listed as fitting an Alfa Romeo Stelvio, it's obviously not Stelvio specific, whilst it does fit it interferes with the rear cargo cover bar. It's going to take a bit of ingenuity to get to fit properly
