Bought a Harrop handlebar bag from Condor Bikes in London at the start of August just before a cycling holiday in France. Great for carrying essentials and sharing the load from my SuperC saddlebag. Easy/quick to attah/detach. Cheaper than much of the competition and UK made! Also works as a saddlebag. Very happy - have covered over 700 miles. Not tested waterproofing yet.
Just received my bag - a genuine bag for life, such amazing quality and thank you Janeta (hope I’ve read the label right!) for making such a great bag.
Products are great - except that the stitching holding the handle into the body of the rack bag breaks! as it has done on my last two bags. But the rack bag is great so I buy another in the hope that this one is better./ However their systems are not good. You sign up for the newsletter having been told that you'll receive an email with a code to get a discount of your order - email and code never arrives. Your order confirmation states that you will receive an email when the item is dispatched. Email never arrives. Still good that a British business produces good products but they could sort their systems out.
Repaired red nylon webbing straps on my 30 year old cotton duck Super C pannier bag. Superb job and fit for another 30 years!
Used their bags for years in all weather's. The super C products are unbeatable and uk made. Wrote this review because I bought one of their water proof phone holders and lost a bit (my fault). I contacted carradice and Monika in customer service posted me the part F. O. C. even though I offered to pay for it. Much appreciated. Great service. Thank you.
I love the bags they make - the duck cotton is almost indestructible and looks great. Their customer service is great too - I was having some issues with the leather straps, and thought I was either going to have to buy a new bag, or make some straps myself (not something I was looking forward to). I emailed them, and they made me some straps which fit perfectly and arrived the next day. Cannot recommend them enough.
