We had a really positive experience with Carrara Building Services from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was helpful, professional and easy to communicate with, and the whole job was managed very well.
A special mention has to go to Jimmy, who carried out the repair and restoration work. He was absolutely brilliant throughout, took real care over the work and finished everything to a very high standard. We gave everything some time to settle after completion before leaving a review, and we're still extremely happy with the result.
The communication from the Carrara team throughout was also excellent, which made dealing with an insurance repair much easier than we expected.
A genuinely good experience from start to finish. Thank you to Jimmy and everyone at Carrara for all your help. I would happily recommend them.
