Incomplete Service Capability

I did a. reg check with you before and paid for the service history. Then you tell me there is no service history for this car (You could have told me before). You send me a coupon for a service history. I go to get a background check on a new car. I apply the code and the payment system API breaks because of the discount code. I try it several ways and see that it's the payment API. I just go and buy what i need with no discount because I have to work and this is the only time I had to do this (5am!)

I paid for a service check on my car and never heard from them again. I tried emailing them but had no reply

If I could I would not even give 1…

If I could I would not even give 1 star.
I paid and did the full history check the most popular £6.99 plus vat on a car that I wanted to buy.
I did the reg check on 26/7/2026, it came back as All good news! No cat S or cat N. No caution or salvage everything passed as green ticks!
On the basis of this and inspection of the car we brought it.
Changed ownership immediately and on Monday 3rd August we received our new log book V5 from DVLA.
I was astonished to read This car has been Salvaged due to structural damage, it passed an inspection and could be repaired!
The previous owner never told us anything, she maintains she never knew it had been in an accident.
Don’t trust this company, I have sent them 2 emails and they have not responded!!!!!£
DONT USE ThIS COMPANY!!!!
