Disappointing
Lack of customer care

Disappointing, for a number of years and multiple sites they manage.

If you are an immigrant, do not bother!! This place will take your money and your sanity and make you want to give up by yourself, and then you will wonder why they have an attitude. Why the attitude? It is not like you are the ones that lost money?

NO out of hours OR weekend contact emergency number or when owners /tenant away No emergency keys given to Carrick --FIRE/WATER LEAKS AFFECTING AFLAT DOWN BELOW ?NO -they just get paid monthly for doing min -NO gardener /safetyfencing /reg painting outside as profits matter more! But NO emergency help over a bank hol FRIDAY TO TUES left a disabled tenant NO electricity + water into a fuse box that exploded just missing her ! Is a killer & flat above would not return early to turn off stopcock -then said he hadnt got one but as a friend lived there knows there is one with gas boiler -sorry thats a porker !Contacting MP to ask law made to stop this greedy dangerous negligant exploitation of leaseholders plus unsafe gardens & poor upkeep painting -get a different company who does these points of basic upkeep & safety

A warning to all potential tenants about this company. I wonder how they can sleep at night based on the despicable ways they treat their tenants. Terrible conditions in their properties that are never addressed despite repeated requests for help. You can also expect a fight to get any deposit back as they will do their best to not return any money. I wish I could award a rating of zero.

Had an awful experience with CJMS ltd. The most unprofessional and inept company we have ever had to deal with. No understanding of flat leases, no understanding of communication skills. Truly Terrible! Luckily we now have a new management company.

Our apartment complex has been with CJMS for several years. We find them responsive and professional and with excellent knowledge of the industry. The team can be contacted easily and nothing is too much for them. We have had the occasional disaster e.g roof blowing off in storm and they acted so quickly to make our property and neighbours safe. We have 30 flats and every 4 years we do a Residents Survey, one of the questions relates to CJMS and they always have top scores. Reliable, expert, friendly, and excellent value.

Carrick Johnson torquay exemplifies the reasons why we chose them to manage our block of 9 flats. Always available always friendly and always on top of any issues. Proactive management at its best.

This Community is A1, very fast and efficient with all aspects of work.

Cjms are very attentive and deal with any problems brought to their attention in a speedy and professional manner. In particular I would like to mention Gemma Radcliffe...dealing,in my particular case,with a damp problem.

Dire experience. We are continually being fobbed off. I can’t understand the positive reviews. I would have rated them no stars but one star was the lowest I could give before being allowed to warn people about just how inefficient Carrick Johnson Management has been in sorting out a serious structural problem. Its been over a year now of trying to get this resolved but it seems to keep dropping off their radar. I would advise to keep well away from them.

Gemma has always been very helpful. Understanding of some of the owners financial situations.

Carrick Johnson are a pleasure to work with. Over the years I have built up an excellent business relationship with the managers and staff there. Nothing is ever too much trouble. They constantly provide a fantastic service and with new staff members joining the team the service continues to an extremely high standard.

We’ve always had an outstanding working relationship with CJMS, never a bad word to say about them & couldn’t be happier with our new appointed manager, Louise. She has shown diligence, professionalism, a great sense of humour which is needed in these trying times & resolved all of our outstanding issues within a month of managing us.

Having been previously managed by another local company, we know we’re in caring & capable hands with CJMS.
