Scammers - thought I was on a Parcel Force site directed to these scammers charged me £1.00 and for the last three month have been charging £24.90 for nothing. They are contactable by phone and don’t reply to emails. Raising a dispute with my credit card company and hopefully get my money back. Avoid this company may they roast in hell.

Honestly incredibly sneaky and double handed, deceptive business practices. Will do their best to unknowingly sign you up to a subscription under the illusion that it’s a one time fee. Did not contact me before renewing the “subscription” i didn't know I had.

They are not acting like a company, more a scam. A message popped up to say I need to pay a fee to track my parcel. Nowhere did it state that i would be signing up to a subscription. No confirmation emails sent and now they have charged me for a month and are refusing my refund.
Do not touch this company absolute scam, they ask for a couple of pounds to trace one parcel then consequently take £24.95 from your account in a few weeks, they call it a subscription!!! No reply when I am trying to cancel . Be very aware.

Hunting a missing parcel force package, a link to trace the package to came up in middle of parcel force page , didn't realise the form was a pop up not parcel force's own form. I paid £1 to trace the package, their link claimed they had tried to deliver the parcel, but the parcel then arrived within 30min.
Subsequently, looking at my statement I realised the payment has been made to this company not parcel force . Then 2 days later a further £25 fee was taken from my account by them . Contacted my bank who said the company were trying charge a monthly subscription. My bank have told Barclay card to refuse any further payment requests to this company . I also sent a cancel subscription request though company own site.
