I bought a Hermes belt based on reviews I had read. The sales process was really professional even sending photos of the item before despatch. Once received they followed up with a whatsapp message checking it had arrived and asking if I was happy. That's where the positivity ends.

This was a gift for my wife and when she opened the box she loved it. Tried it on and the belt buckle clip came apart from the buckle....

I made carryandshine aware. There first response was to say "we will send you another buckle when you order more products". I am clearly not going to order more products until they resolve the problem with my first order. They then say I need to wait until the shipping company reopens after Christmas. I did this, asked for an update on the 6th January and they are now ignoring me.

My message is.. these products look good when received, if there's a problem of any kind they dont want to know. If you go ahead insist on paying be credit card so you are protected. Don't do a bank transfer
