The bag was delivered very quickly, and I was really happy with product. It looked so nice, exactly what I have wanted for ages. Unfortunately after only two weeks one of the zips on a compartment won’t close and can’t see why! So although I love the bag, and service, can’t give it any stars as, it is not fit for purpose.
I ordered a canvas cross body bag for an upcoming holiday. Was really pleased with the price and the quality seemed good too.
Luckily I tried it out before holiday as the main zip turned out to be faulty. I emailed company straight away, and after sending them photos I had a refund in place within 24 hours.
Although the bag was faulty I can only say good things about the customer service I received.
