Moh was brilliant, he was friendly and provided useful information. Came to test drive a car which was overall a very good experience. Would definitely buy from here should the right car come up.

Arrived at the time we were booked in for (6pm), got told to have a wait around for a couple of minutes while they got the car ready for me to view. Half an hour went by and finally the car was brought around the front to view and test drive, car was good and the way they handled the test drive was good(let you go on your own). I decided to go ahead with the purchase although there was no movement on price but that was fine. The salesman spent the next hour desperately trying to sell me all the extras such as ceramic coating, cosmetic insurance and extended warranty etc. no matter how many times I said no I don’t want any of them he’d go back to his manager and come back with a better deal. Just take no for an answer if I wanted it I’d have bought it, we were all getting fed up including the salesman and he eventually agreed to just sell me the car with no extras which could have been done an hour earlier. The place was supposed to close at 7 but we didn’t leave until nearly 8:30, on top of this the dvla website was down so I couldn’t tax the car there and then so he took a picture of the logbook reference number but it was the wrong one so I had to sort that out with them the next day too over the phone. Lastly I was over charged by £18 but fair enough to them they spotted it and told me if would be refunded in the next few days. Overall I’d say carsa Bradford are only worth buying a car from if it’s the perfect car for you, if there’s options elsewhere I’d go to them first.

Not the first time I’ve bought cars from these guys before. Great prices and great service.

The dealership had very little knowledge of the vehicle they sold me, and have not answered the phone since!

Absolutely appalling experience with Carsa Bradford. The car is financed through Santander Consumer Finance, and I am now seriously considering rejecting it under the finance agreement because of how badly it was prepared for handover — and how impossible it’s been to get any response since.
Hidden faulty key – I had to specifically ask about the second key, which had been tucked away in a pouch and never mentioned. When I checked it, it doesn’t even work. If I hadn’t pushed, I wouldn’t have known it existed, let alone that it was broken.
Service corners cut – Before collection I flagged that the oil was low, coolant was at minimum, and brake fluid was at minimum, and was reassured this would all be sorted before handover. On collection, only the oil had been topped up — coolant and brake fluid were still sitting at minimum. Worse still, the Audi service record shows the service is actually overdue and hasn’t been updated correctly. I have photos to prove all of this.
I was told every vehicle goes through a “150-point check” before handover. That’s clearly not true — this car wasn’t properly checked, and problems were actively kept from me rather than disclosed upfront.
Can’t get hold of anyone – Since raising this, I’ve been trying to contact the dealership with no success. There appears to be no functioning customer care team whatsoever — no response, no callback, nothing. I’m still waiting for even an acknowledgement of an urgent issue.
