I contacted Car Seat Ninja before making our purchase to confirm a few things, they were extremely helpful with their response and very prompt.
Upon ordering, I was outstanded by how quickly they sent it out. From ordering quite late (I think outside business hours on a Friday night) to receiving my order was only a couple of days.
Everything arrived as expected.

The staff spent time explaining the different options available without making you feel you were being rushed . They were also available for an after sales service if it was needed.

I bought 4 car seats all great, really great information, aftercare and fitting. Would recommend if you are at all unsure about which seats to buy or how to fit.

I wasn't sure which seats I would need to get all 4 of my kids into the car, which were compatible or would fit the older kids. I arranged an in person meeting and we got the kids to try seats out. Some I bought on the day and some were sent to me later. I had a few problems installing the seats on my own and it was incredibly easy to phone or text and get help to do this. Great experience all round. Thank you!

I was so nervous for my 6.5 year old to move forward facing but Natalie was amazing. She let my daughter try lots of hbb seats and advised us on best fit. She also found the colour seat my daughter wanted and fitted it in the car for us. She was calm, patient and so knowledgeable.
