SCAM

We sold my deceased father's 2002 GMC Envoy to Cars for Cash.com. They sent my daughter a guaranteed offer of $700 and said it would be in a cashier's check. They arrived at an unscheduled time and took advantage of my elderly mother. They offered $300 cash and finally settled on $600. Then they sent my daughter a receipt for $700. Do not fall for this scam.

I would leave zero stars if possible

I would leave zero stars if possible. They gave me a quote on my car and a pick up time, and four days later they have still not picked up my car, and instead transfer me to their towing company, Copart, which is equally useless and completely incompetent, at least in how to schedule and communicate honestly. Do yourself a favor and do auto business with literally any other similar company and save yourself a huge headache.
