They did put it right...
I wasted a significant amount of time trying unsuccessfully to contact CarsGT after I purchased a registration but received no confirmation. Their contact form and login features on the site all failed to work as well.
After leaving a very negative review here and doing an Amex chargeback they did get in touch (see the response below) and have put things right.
I'm still not 100% happy though as all this wasted time could have been avoided if they simply had a phone number or direct email to contact them. They're not the only web based company who are hard to contact but to me that is what indicates good service from an online business.

Don’t buy from here
I brought a car from here last Friday. Since then the car has been making a banging noise on the wheel. I spoke to them and they said they would send me the warranty information. That was 3 days ago. I have called and called and am now being ignored. Don’t trust them

Taxi arrived on time, driver very polite, this is the first time I have used GT Cars, I most certainly will be using them again, I was dubious at first, as I’ve been let down by another Eastwood taxi service, but more than happy with GTCars

Database not up-to-date, check said no MOT and hadn't been MOT'd in 2 years when in fact vehicle had it's up to date MOT and previous one too??, Not worth the money, have asked to be refunded!!
