We have been informed that a number of low-value transactions (between £5–£10) have been attempted and declined. These transactions are not from our company and appear to be test or “ghost” transactions carried out by third parties.
We have also spoken with several other individuals today who have reported the same issue, which indicates this is not related to our business or services.
We are an established company that has been trading for over 10 years and take issues like this very seriously. As no services have been used and we were not contacted directly prior to this review, leaving a 1-star review is unfair and does not accurately reflect our business. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this and clarify any concerns.

This was my first experience with Car Sound security
This was my first experience with Car Sound Security, and it proved to be an excellent one. I scheduled an appointment to purchase and install a dash camera and reverse camera, and the entire process was handled with efficiency and professionalism. I arrived on time, handed over my vehicle, and the installation was completed smoothly.
I was contacted promptly once the work was finished, and Luke provided a clear and thorough explanation of the dash camera app and its features. His manner was courteous and professional throughout. I would also like to acknowledge the manager, Imran, who was equally polite, cooperative, and helpful.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the products and the quality of the installation. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
