Outstanding service all round from Ed. From the beginning there was nothing to much to ask, I was quite particular about what car I wanted having done my own research, this wasn’t a problem for Ed who was very open and transparent about the whole process, was kept informed along the way, there was no payment required until the point I committed and bought a car. Prices are cheaper than an equivalent that can be found on Autotrader, I even asked for some personal touches to my car after purchase which Ed was more than happy to accommodate. I had a slight issue after purchasing, Ed was straight on the case and it was swiftly resolved, superb aftercare too. Would highly recommend, don’t hesitate to give Ed a go.

To simply say that Ed is a thoroughly honest and decent bloke would be doing him an injustice. I came across Ed after a recommendation by my neighbours. I had never bought a car before and I was terrified to be in the shark pool of second hand car dealers. Ed isn’t one of those. My experience of using Car Sourcing UK and Ed in particular was exceptional from start to finish.
I’d been looking to buy a car for my son to learn to drive in and was struggling with time and the minefield that buying reliable used cars has become. I found the company just from a Google search so had no recommendations but from the first conversation with Ed it was clear he was passionate about cars and genuinely helping people.
Within 2/3 weeks of the initial call Ed had sourced a car which matched the brief and budget and had been delivered to my home address. Talking with Ed, you immediately feel reassured by his enthusiasm and his broad and deep knowledge of so many makes and models, the motor industry, and what is happening to car prices and why and where there is value to be found. Over a couple of weeks he helped us clarify our own thinking and narrow down the choice of cars, found the ideal car for us and delivered it to us - and saved us probably a couple of grand on what we would have spent at one of car supermarkets, and for a car we'd have had less confidence in. I have always detested buying cars, but this was a totally different experience.
