Great service and a great car provided! Really clear communication from the start of the process which provided me with confidence from the outset. Very trustworthy people and dealership and a great bunch to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with again (even though it is a 9 hour round trip!!

Had a fantastic experience at Cars to Go Christchurch - I arrived on a Saturday and had dealt with Ben. Really easy and chilled out experience, let me and my friend go on a test drive on our own (Appreciate the trust!), explained everything with regards to the car and extended warranties beautifully too.

I'd initially spoken to Chris who was responding to me at stupid hours which I thought was amazing - Honestly, customer service at its finest.

Couldn't recommend Cars to Go Christchurch more.

I traded my Audi q5 in and and brought a cheaper car vw golf everything was great at first until after aweek I noticed something wasn’t right with the clutch so I took it back and there mechanic toll me it was the turbo was working well that’s why it rev up when you put your foot down . So I trusted what they said . After a couple of months it got worse so I got two independent views on this and it was the clutch slipping so I call them eventually I got hold of them and I took it back and they agreed it was but after that no phone calls after countless messages left and when they did answer I just got told they would talk to the boss . Also the clutch apparently had a new clutch that year when when looking at the paperwork it’s been changed to my reg I went to the garage which did it and they no nothing about this . I know the car was put off warranty but I only asked for a little help but nothing .
So I put this out there to beware when buying from this garage they seemed so nice when they made good money from the car I sold them I was only asking for 400 pounds toward the clutch
You put your trust and faith in people and this happens

Purchased an Audi Q3 on behalf of my Mum.

Saw the advert on Autotrader and called immediately. Conversation started with Chris and carried through until the late hours of that night.

Told him about my awkward working pattern and he completely understood and after striking a deal, paid a deposit and he said to make sure he would hold onto the car until we would arrive which was around 5 days later.

A few issues on our behalf about our Part Ex but Chris was honest and we solved the problem.

The Q3 is perfect and she could not be happier. The extended warranty also gives her peace of mind.

Picked up my Freelander from Chris recently, 12 years old but looks like new . Cars to go did a great job inside and out, Chris very helpful even with some daft questions from me! Bought a car from Cars to Go after a rat got into my VW and caused so much damage it was written off. I needed a car urgently for work and saw what I was after on the Cars to Go website. After months of wrangling with insurers, car hire companies etc. it was a a massive relief to deal with Cars to Go. I received a really professional, straightforward service. All the staff I spoke to were extremely polite, honest and highly efficient. Ben was fantastic and super helpful when I picked the car up. I love my 'new' car and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others. Thanks so much Cars to Go!

Chris went out of his way to source a car for me. He was responsive, courteous and really personable. Unfortunately, a change of circumstances on my end meant we couldn't conclude a deal, but I would have no hesitation buying from him in the future.

Further to my review of the golf gtd I purchased from this company,I would like to point out that I kept the company informed at all times,and was never offered any help to the shortfall of nearly a thousand pounds it cost me to get the car repaired,so much for a comprehensive warranty,I,m still awaiting a reply from the company.

I bought my first range rover evoque from these guys. A stunning dynamic lux loaded with options. However a coupe of problems existed and these guys went above and beyond to correct the issues which they have done. I am now loving the car and really very much appreciate the work they did to fix the problems without fuss.

I paid 16k for a vw golf in nov 19
After getting it home I took it for a service for peace of mind and was told by my local garage the tyres were illegal worn on the inside the tracking was out cost was £280.
The garage expected me to return the car with illegal tyres they gave me £180 towards the cost so £100 out of pocket
The garage also said the brake discs were on the minimum and would need replacing I told them about this and they never replied.
You would expect a reputable garage to check the cars before they sell them i didn’t buy a banger it was 16k worth of a dangerous vehicle
