We brought our car in at 9:40 AM 14th May 2025, exactly at the time we were asked to. During the call, we were clearly told the service would take 2–3 hours. Based on that assurance, we made arrangements to work remotely and spent the day at a nearby café—spending nearly €100 while waiting.

At 3:40 PM—six hours later—we were casually informed that the car hadn’t even been looked at. No update, no apology, just a careless "you can take the car and come another time or Wait more" as if our time and money meant nothing.

This is not just poor service—it's a complete lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. While the sales team last November gave us a good buying experience, the service team is nowhere close to that standard.

If you value your time, peace of mind, and customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere—even if it means buying a car from another county. Kearys has clearly lost sight of what customer care means.

Avoid at all costs. I removed my first review as was asked by manager and promised the stars, all lies.

After sales non existent, don’t answer phone calls or reply to emails. The service here at Kearys after you buy a car is atrocious. I’ve had nothing but problems with my car since I bought it and Kearys want nothing to do with me anymore. Nor will they reply to my emails about another problem with my car that’s still under warranty as per emails from Kearys. I had to start legal proceedings previously. AVOID! Nothing but stress and headaches with a car with 56,000km.

No where to make a formal complaint.
Was spoken to like a piece of dirt by the service “manager” Declan. I hope management listen to his calls.

I recently bought a Toyota C-HR from Kearys Carstore in Little Island Cork, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Ab. That long-standing trust my family has in Kearys played a big part in my decision to go there myself, especially after I had a disappointing and frustrating experience with a previous dealership. I wanted to feel confident and comfortable with such an important purchase, and I knew Kearys was a place I could rely on. I’m genuinely so glad I made that decision, because Ab completely restored my confidence in the car-buying process. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care made me feel like I was in safe hands from start to finish. It’s rare to find a dealership—and a salesperson—you can fully trust, but I feel that with Kearys, I absolutely can.

Before I collected the car, Ab made sure it was fully serviced and professionally cleaned so it looked and felt brand new when I drove it away. His attention to detail and care for his customers was exceptional.

My partner and I recently bought a car from Keary’s Car Store and we couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience.
