Can't believe I fell for this scam. NOT HAPPY!! I have emailed three times now to try & receive a refund for the colour changing foundation that doesn't work & have had no response. I guess I can kiss my refund goodbye. BE WARNED!!!! Don't use this company!!!!

I ordered a makeup cream stick on September 18th and have never received it. When I try to track, all it does is show a number but it doesn’t do anything if I try to click on it. Tried to contact them, nothing shows up. This is a total scam. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

This seems to be a scam as many reviewers have stated. I ordered the Doll10 makeup. I received a tracking number that doesn't work. Don't buy from this company! It's a scam. I am disappointed.

I never received my order and they charged me more than the receipt.....My package has been sitting at LAX since June 30, 2025....I want a refund!!!!! I have emailed them with no response...

Terrible. They charged me more than what my receipt said, took out 2 transactions instead of the 1 transaction I actually made and charged me international fees on top of that. The only way you can contact them is through email and they will not respond. This company is a total scam.

This is a complete scam. I ordered on 5/17, they charged me twice for 2 different amounts and I only ordered once, and on top of that I have never received any product. They sent me a tracking number that didnt work. I've sent 2 different emails and have not received any response. Very upset that they stole over $100 from me

I ordered the Peptide Bounce Foundation that they advertised from Mercari. The foundation is a joke and the free brush is an even bigger joke! I tried to have an online chat with them and they wanted to charge me $5 to attempt to correct my issue. Never Again!!! Not to mention it took a month to get the product.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First I placed one order, I was charged two different amounts. I have sent at least 10 emails, and used their contact forum, but no one has answered. I wanted to cancel the order. As I’ve checked the order progress it only says “preparing” and has yet to be shipped. This company is 100% a scam so DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Considering getting a lawyer involved.

I made a purchase on May 6th. I immediately cancelled because I saw that the shipping was almost the price of the product. They said they would issue a refund but have yet to do so. It's been almost 2 months. I will never buy or recommend this company ever again.

Ordered the peptide bounce makeup on 6/7 and just received it on 6/30. The product is not as described and the “free brush” is a joke of a brush. Not at all what was pictured when I ordered.

I received a tracking number that did not work. They did not respond to emails. I commented on their TikTok ads with no response as well.

Just like everyone else, got a tracking number that just stopped updating, never got my product, and no response to emails. I'm not sure who I'm more upset with, myself it them! 🤬🤬🤬
