Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service , cherry foam was delivered 45 minutes after order ( I think I was lucky a can was in the area) but I’d not applied the new year sale discount to my order , I sent them an email and 15 minutes later the credit was raised , so absolutely perfect customer service . Today I’ve used the cherry foam and it’s so much thicker and lathers so much better than the autoglym stuff I used to use .

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Products are on the pricy side but don’t let that put you off however you get what you pay for. I have had polishes last me for months as you don’t need as much as other products. Fast delivery and always well packed.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. I have been watching the Rupes LHR 15 battery polisher for some time but it is a lot of money, back when I was a professional ok but now I could not justify the cost. Cartec had the polisher cheaper than anywhere else but still a lot of money for an old amateur that would use it more for spreading product that paint correction, those may be 3 or 4 a year for friends, and I would use it to help keep my tourer caravan nice and clean with a finishing polish. The Makita 18v polisher is good but very heavy. So Christmas came and I kept looking trying to talk myself into the fact that I needed the polisher, It wasn’t really working, so I then decided to talk myself into I deserved it and that was a much easier sell. The biggest deal them came in a further discount for my item in the basket so I have to say I got very excited but when I went to order it would not except the discount code. I sent an email of on Christmas Day expressing my disappointment and very quickly I had a return email from the big boss with an invoice and a link to the basket with the further discount. I sent an email back saying I will order but I am away for Christmas could you believe it so a number of days went by and I worked out that delivery would occur after we got back if I place my order a couple of days after Christmas. I decided I was worth it and the Rupes polisher arrived I know I am absolutely thrilled. It is so much lighter and helps with my poor arthritic neck and hands.
Cartec UK was absolutely first class and I can highly recommend them and certainly for all the students that asked me to teach some car detailing. I will be recommending this company. Before Covid, I used to test products for major companies not a YouTube thing a genuine what I thought of the product after a test so I do go though products even not. Cartec will be added to my list.

Excellent service from the team at Cartec purchased a flex xce series at a great price delivery was fast well packaged. Thanks for the gummy bears and the bottle of wheel cleaner 😀 👍 Diamond 💎 Cut 3000 & 9000 are also good products 👍Further purchase of fast glaze upon testing seems to be excellent to say the least also the acid free wheel cleaner is now a regular in my collection of cleaning products
