J'ai utilisé cette société pour immatriculer une voiture britannique en France. Ils ont demandé ma documentation originale qu'ils refusent maintenant de retourner. Certains d'entre eux sont des documents qui doivent être présents lorsque je conduis le véhicule. Je n'utiliserai plus Cartegrise.com.
I used this company to register a British car in France. They requested my original documentation which they now refuse to return. Some of these are documents that need to be present when I drive the vehicle. I won't use Cartegrise.com again.

Despite their protestations below they have acknowledged that the original CT should be returned. How can anyone claim it's a legal requirement to retain someone else's CT for 5 years?
I would have raised my rating but for that.

I am writing here as I see Cartegrise.com have been responding to reviews. I am desperately trying to register the car of a deceased relative in my name so that I can sell it. Because both he and I were/are British Nationals (he died in France and his French estate was subject to French inheritance laws), I found I was not able to do this through ANTs. Cartegrise.com was recommend by a French expats website. However, I cannot seem to submit a query to them through their online enquiry form as I do not have an order number. I do not have an order number because I cannot make an order until I have conveyed the problematic nature of my situation. I have marked them low here as they do not provide an alternative means of contact other than a premium phone line.

Pratique mais demande de document inutile (ex: permis de conduire, assurance, ...)

Rapide efficace simple. Attention à bien signer le mandat par les 2 conducteurs en cas de double titulaire.
