Substandard product and service

Long delivery time, lied about delivery and provided me with tracking from 6 months previous, then absolute trash turned up. Certainly not what I’d ordered and I’d never give it as a gift.

Stay away.

A Totally Fake Company

This is not a little ole lady making jewellery, this is a company in China scamming everyone. It is not real silver, its cheap metal. I'm one of the lucky ones I got my money back through PayPal. Do not be fooled by the picturesque website and lovely story. It is all untrue and you are just buying cheap Chinese tat that you can only return to China.

Go Elsewhere... Anywhere but here!!

One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their products are not, as they claim, handmade. They are cheap and tacky Chinese-made pieces of junk. Lies upon lies from them. I'm currently waiting for a necklace I ordered 5 weeks ago. When I asked their support team to advise on the delay, they told me to contact the shipping company myself.

I have asked for a refund twice, and I'm now being ignored.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY.

Clever slick website but not gold/silver as advertised

Clever targetted advertising on Facebook/Instagram, slick website and I fell for it. Ordered 3 items, saw it was coming from China, 3 items arrived similar to pictures but not gold or silver as stated. "Gold" necklace starting to blacken and rust after 1 week's wear.

Ordered two rings

Ordered two rings, buy one get one half price. After a very long time and after I contacted them only one arrived. Contacted them again and they replied saying I only ordered one. So sent copies of receipts and payments etc and they have now gone silent on me. Told them they are scammers but obviously no response. Don't order anything from these people.

SCAM

Can’t give a zero unfortunately. Scam. Advertising as a lovely lady and her dog making quality jewellery. Instead quality of a fairground grab gift worth nothing. Product arrived from Hong Kong damaged. Customer Service promises on website to get back within 24hours. Guess what … No response. AVOID THIS SCAM.
