Scam scam scam no item arrived numbers nor working on photo of website

Beware SCAM site, ordered from carters-direct 20th June £215, told deliver would be through express-carriage with dodgy tracking number. No item ever received. No response to calls or e-mails, links to sites no longer work.
Reported both sites to action fraud police.

Cartersdirect is, I believe legit.

Avoid!!!! Ordered dyson cleaner which failed to arrive. Contact number non existent !!! Stay clear.

Go to bank who refunded quickly. Why is website still up?

Sadly people like me googled a bona fide company prior to purchasing. This is the lowest of the low and fills me with disgust.
No microwave £40 gone! Great stuff.
Credit card company reviewing as a dispute. I might get my money back but these people will continue their ‘service’

Horrendous scam company, item never arrived, no answer to emails or portal requests. Have raised a charge back via my card company. The website is also now showing text backwards and has Russian writing at the bottom of the page. I think this is a data harvest scam as I'm now being bombarded with marketing calls.

This is not Cartersdirect, but Carters-direct. This company is a scam. Never received my hairdryer; was 250 pond! Cannot contact them at all.

It's just a scam takes your money tell you it's coming then disconnect the phone number just scam don't use them

Total scam of a company similar to others I bought a microwave which didn't arrive . Wish I'd of checked them out before purchase but stupidly didn't. Reported to bank.

BEWARE!!! This is NOT Carters Direct. It is a scam site portraying to be Carters Direct. Scammers use a hyphen in web name Carters-Direct.co.uk The real company has no Hyphen.
I fell for the scam
Paid for item. Never arrived. SCAMMERS
HAVE NOW CONTACTED POLICE ACTION FRAUD and CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

WHAT A BUNCH OF LOW LIFE SCUM.

Ordered 2 microwave ovens 16th June to be delivered within 5-7 days. This was apparently dispatched on 20th June, chased this up and was told I should have them by 27th June, which was yesterday and nothing. Sent them emails, called a mobile number as they don't have a landline, no answer. Received an email today to say this will be delivered Thursday but no reasons given, I can see this date changing each time. Ordered these for a friend whose not online, have reported this to my bank who are now dealing with this. Only checked reviews once I became suspicious and ended up here.
Will keep you updated on refund but this isn't a company I would trust, should have seen the red flags;
Mobile number on website no landline
Address is not correct
Don't take Paypal
Tracking obviously not showing much and no idea of carrier called express carriage

Beware this store is a scam! Attractive prices online store looks trustworthy but they are cunning scammers. They never send the goods, they never give money back to the account. Difficult contact by phone and email. They argue that they are scammers and that their store is real! Please never buy from them! Report these sites wherever you can, they can not function on the web with impunity!

This is a scam. Company takes money and does not deliver. Promises refund which never comes. You will need to raise a claim with your bank to get your money back.

This is fake or scam website carters-direct.co.uk. It is not Carters Direct. They only imitate them. The £40 Microwave will never be delivered. There was no delivery charge on the fake website and no delivery. The real one has no hyphen and more expensive microwaves and does charge for the delivery. I found out too late that carters-direct was fake. I never got my delivery. I cannot call them as nobody is there under that mobile number and I can only use online chat or email. I realized too late that the address on google does not match. It does not show the shop but a random address. I had to report the website and open a dispute with my bank. Do not fall for their adds. It is all fake. Carterdirect.co.uk is real. One can call them during their opening times. The address matches with google map photos. They told me I fell for a scam. They tried to take down the website by reporting it but so far it did not happen. I recommend to buy microwaves via ebay or curry's. Curry's do not charge for delivery when it is over £50. It is even easier if you can walk into their shop and buy it there.
