Hi..Initially we had a rocky start, due mainly to a breakdown in communication, but this was quickly resolved, and I am thrilled with the end result. The caricatures are amazing. The customer support person, Sam, is great....very approachable, and helpful. The artist is awesome. Have seen better work. Never used the art as they were for gifts and I know they were not up to scratch

Although advertised with various scenes and backgrounds your picture will come with a plain background. No physical picture will be posted to you. It will be a computer file emailed to you. So you will need to get it printed yourself. The eventual picture is mildly humorous, but I would not rush to get another one done.

Groupon offer, good price I thought. Picture was fun and a reasonable likeness..BUT.. It arrived via email only. No offer to print for me , even for an extra fee. I just wonder what have I just paid for. A cartoon picture of my family which I could have found myself with the right Application. It’s a buyer beware and remember to read the small print.

Great service, kept in touch throughout the whole process, asked for different photos and better quality images to ensure the cartoon was perfect. Would definitely recommend. We are using the image for our family Christmas cards this year. Brilliant!!

I would not recommend using CartoonKart. The artist does not get in touch with you to find out what your looking for! All I got was an aviator I could of probably created through an app. I never do reviews but after receiving what I did, I feel other people should know what they are going to get is nothing short of ordinary. I may of got the voucher at a reduced price but I would highly recommend not paying even that .

Finished product looked nothing like the person. Not sure they are hand drawn as mentioned.....I needed to send a high resolution photo which makes me think it's actually computer generated. Pleased I got a deal on this so didn't pay much.
