I purchased 1 black cartridge for my Canon picks costing £19. IT DID NOT WORK!! followed instructions still DID NOT WORK!!! Contacted Ellen @ Cartridge ink and asked to return it, Ellen agreed sent me return info, I returned as per her instructions NEVER RECEIVED REFUND Ellen claims they never received it !!!! ???? Never again will I use this so called company!!!!
