The prompt response to my phone call when I realised I'd ordered the wrong cartridges for my printer. It was cancelled straight away before despatch and my payment returned to my card and ordered the right ones. Delivery is very quick.

Reliable source of printer cartridges
I'm always happy with my experience when ordering from Cartridge King. Prices are good, website is easy to use, they deliver using Royal Mail and orders are dispatched quickly. I like the included freepost envelope to return used cartridges to them for recycling.
