Just wanted to leave a great review as i ordered the wrong product and they went the extra mile to amend it. Plus on top they helped me with great product knowledge for the future purchases. Great service would definitely recommend.

I reviewed this company earlier this year, eventually recieved payment. So in July sent another batch of empty cartridges, well this time even worse now December and despite numerous contacts still no payments.
They obviously do what they want and when they want.....

Slow paying for empty cartridiges
I Used this company 12 months ago and had to chase for my payment. Shaun contacted me 8th Feb this year to ask if i had any empty ink cartridges to recyle and so sent them what I had.
They responded quickly to say cartridges recieved and confirmed £ 90 payment to be made. After chasing them last month, I was told my payment would be on that weeks payment run.

One month later and no reply to last two emails, I telephoned Shaun who apologised for the delay and said he would speak with his director.

Still not recieved payment, such a shame they have to do, this has I am not one to want to write negative reviews.

Maybe they will respond soon ??

If I could give them a zero, I would. I ordered cartridges, they read empty in my printer (even though they feel as if they have ink inside), which I have tried to trouble shoot, so am convinced after reading other reviews that I was scammed. They are unreachable. Pathetic.

I feel totally let down and unfortunately now feel the need to write a review as i have waited over a month and a half and RECEIVED NO PAYMENT FOR MY INK CARTRIDGES.
I had been in contact with Shaun dating back to 2022, when he said he only excepts 10+ at a time, so i saved them till i had enough and contacted him again in April 23, and prior to sending the ink cartridges (10 in my case) found him to reply quickly, i gave my bank details for payment and i was advised to send them in.
Unfortunately communication changed as soon as he sent a postage label and i sent them in. Since then i have been chasing with no response.
I had chased and let him know i had acquired more cartridges but would with hold sending these until i got payment. He replied to this one and said he had forwarded the details to the director to get payment sent. Still i got no money.
Time passed again so i sent an email saying return the cartridges or pay me, otherwise i will get advice to take this further. I had hoped they were above board (forever the optimist) but still i heard nothing.
A month and a half i have waited when there website says 100% customer satisfaction?????? and prompt payment within 24hrs of receipt???????? What a load of rubbish.
AT THE MOMENT I CAN ONLY ASSUME THIS IS A SCAM, as i am not being shown otherwise.
PAYMENT WOULD BE A GOOD START TO GET THIS RECTIFIED I will update this review if and when.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY DID NOT PAY ME FOR MY CARTRIDGES AND IGNORED ALL FOLLOW UPS. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
If you want to get paid for your cartridges use printer cartridge recycling like I did, who give you great customer service and you get paid within a few days after sending, just follow the instructions you get sent, you get 48hr tracking and they are so efficient.

It is with great regret that I share my very poor experience with Cartridge Recycling UK Limited. I contacted the company to receive a quote for 11 sealed new cartridges. My parcel was delivered to the site on 24/Mar/2023. Despite the initial agreement that the payment would be made within a few working days of receiving the cartridges, as of today 24/Apr/2023, I have NOT yet received any payments. I contacted the company several times over the past month; they kept promising to transfer the payment shortly, but it NEVER happened. I even asked for my cartridges to be returned, but they ignored my request.

DO NOT use this company if you want to get paid for your empty cartridges, I have been waiting since October 2022 (3 months), I have emailed a few times and spoke to Shaun on several occasions but still no payment. Constantly advised that he will resubmit the paper work to his director for payment, which according to Company House is Daniel Martin Gould.

3 months on, still no payment despite many, many emails.

This company appears to be a complete rip off firm. Sent them 4 cartridges 2 months ago and despite several emails saying that I would be paid 'later today', I have received no payment whatsoever.

They seem a dodgy company. They are okay until they get the stock and then you can't get to speak to them easily. It's more than 2 weeks now and have no idea what's going on and if I'll be paid.

The experience I had with this company was extremely positive. After having used other similar companies and having a negative experience, I was unsure what to expect from this one. However, the customer service was excellent, and I received my payment in full within 7 days as I had expected. I look forward to using them again.

Who knew old ink cartridges were worth money!?

I was amazed to stumble across this little gem of a business offering money for empty / old ink cartridges.

After clearing out an old storage cupboard I am now almost £50 better off!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The funds were in my account within 1 week of sending these in. I didn’t even have to pay the postage costs!

I have been dealing with this company for nearly a year, and have always been paid on time with good prices, customer service by Erin is also always fab.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I offered them some clearance stock which Daniel made me an offer on. Daniel was very belittling on the phone I think he thought because I was young he could mess me about.

They collected the pallets and a week later i chased my payment as they stated the pay the next day . Erin told me that the warehouse is extremely busy and that they have not been booked in so i gave them the benefit of the doubt .

1 month after they had my stock i started to chase everyday as i was given a new excuse by Erin every time . After promising a payment date i thought it would all come to an end, nope payment was not made and when questioned i was ignored not once but 3 times my emails were ignored.

After writing an email to threat court action to my surprise payment was made - Nearly 2 months after my stock arrived at their warehouse.

Sent in out-of-date inks the person I spoke to was lovely, customer service was immense, and was paid promptly.

All in all a very easy and simple service.

Good prices on empties also

Cowboy outfit. Sent in over £100 in unwanted out-of-box HP ink cartridges and was never paid.

Then I saw that this company are actually re-selling them on Amazon for new prices!!
