This is the worst place ever to buy from. They sell junk and won’t give your money back. Never buy from this company please or you will regret it. I bought something it was a ring clock. I asked if it came with charger before I bought it. They lied and said it came with charger and I never got it. They stole my money. So buy from this crappy company at your own risk.

Most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with. Say they are going to send something but send something completely different (i’m honoured I received something) still waiting on my 40% refund that I agreed too. It has now been over 3 months since this transaction started!! Jake was very quick to email me but since the agreed refund it has gone very quiet!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Big fraud. I ordered for NATURAL HERBAL FOOT SPA. Neither material nor any answer, nothing. Lost 2k.

Not even deserve 1 star! I paid 70€ and never get nothing or explanation about it...Sinds I asked about my money's back nobody answer.

Exactly, same issue happened with me. These bloody buggers advertise something else and deliver some rubber shoes. I also ordered these steel toe cap shoes instead of which I got rubber shoes which I can't even wear anywhere.
On the top of that when I reported this to their customer support first they told me to return the package to Malaysia and then they offered me 40% refund to keep the shoes which eventually I accepted as I can't waste my extra money and time to return them as they don't refund postage fee.
Since then there is no response for emails and no refund has been catered.
Pathetic company!!!

I ordered some steel toe sneakers in May. After a month they still hadn't arrived, so I emailed their customer service team. It took them two weeks to reply to say my order was on the way. I waited two more weeks before chasing again. This time it took them a month to reply.

Finally I received the package (three months after my original order) only to find that the one of the eyelets was already broken, the lettering on the sneakers was coming off, and there were no steel toe caps. I contacted Cart Savvy Bunny, who advised me to return the product for a refund. It cost £15 to send them back. I informed them of this, to which they replied that they would not refund me the postage, only the cost of the product.

I have yet to receive my refund.

To say that this is the worst service I've experienced online is an understatement. I will not be buying from Cart Savvy Bunny again.

Bought some work shoes from cart savvy bunny and they where meant to have steel toe caps and they didn't when they was delivered and when I got in touch they said I could have a forty percent discount what a joke sell good with false advertising

Very poor service,ordered sneakers nothing like they were advertised asked for refund after many emails only got 50% back!!!

Rip off!! Ordered heavy duty safety shoes and the shoes that arrived were not even close to "safety"! 😡
When I claimed to refund it, they said items on sale cannot be refunded, BUT all of their products are on SALE!!! So it's not safe at all to order anything...

Do not buy from them pure ripoff ! They send the wrong stuff then you have to pay to return them and that cost more the the stuff you buy ,you can also get the same stuff from Wish at half the price!! KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THEM 😡😡

It is fake compan. I received my order after 3 months later and It's not the one that I order. Please don't order any thing from this company🖕🖕🖕.

2. second tracking number they sent LA954839101CN= NOT FOUND!!

3. CSB they told me to use this link to track= 17track
4. told me to check in Yodel= NOT FOUND!!!!

i just can't believe they sent another tracking number,,why do they sent another tracking number??? not even in China or Yodel... then where is my package,,,,,....

Don't bother. Advertise quality items then when you receive they look like a school kid has made them in a school project! Waste of money and time. Avoid like the plague!

very long wait for the item, bought Titan Heavy Duty Sneakers, they are of such poor quality that they should be prohibited from selling, I can not recommend buying from this company and never buy from china again
