Absolutely joke this tyres are on wet 😳 should be banned 😑 ! Ok on dry but dangerous on wet - not worth the money

Useless website that returns invalid postcode message all the time but by the look of its reviews I am glad I did not got around to make a purchase.

Very poor front end customer service!

Went for a tyre puncture, the tyre was irecoverable, ordered a new one on the spot but soon after wanted to cancel the oreder. To mu surprize, it was no linger possible to cancel the order (after 10 min) and had to call customer service. The customer service spoke to the gentleman and very angrily 'agreed' to cancel the order. Very rude and unprofessional- this was second time a front desk personel did not raise to a quality service (bear minimum). I will avoid next time

Complete joke. Ordered 2 tyres, confirmed email for Halfords to fit on Sunday. Arrived to find Halfords doesn't even open on Sundays. No apology, no explanation. Only bonus is no payment is made before hand. Won't consider using or recommending them again. Spent my money elsewhere.

Arrived for fitting as advised,halfords had no record of booking.Total waste of my time,look elsewhere ,this is a shambles.

Ordered Tyres on 27th July goto Halfords on the 29th to be told no tyres have been delivered so unable to fit any tyres. Then to be told Monday they are coming I wanted my tyres sat as per email never again will I use this joke of a company..

Ordered 2 Uniroyal tyres turned up at Halfords on the date and time supplied , No trace of the order Halfords don't even stock Uniroyal . Please do not buy from cartyres.com. Halfords customer services contacted and £25 gift card issued to compensate for my trouble so five stars to Halfords . The more people who complain to Halfords the more pressure Halfords will be under to withdraw their association with this diabolical retailer of tyres

Yes, very nice website and very good pricing, and it ends there. I have been for my appointment at Halford. They have no record of my booking they don't have the tyres in stock very unhelpful and extremely rude.
Total waste of a day.

Very bad experience...not recomended...i've ordered the tyres three weeks ago...when i arrive to the fitting centre they said the tyres are not there...waste of time and nerves..do not use them..

Ordered four tyres for Landrover. Advised fitting time and place 20 miles from where I live, so far so good. Arrived at the fitting centre only to be told that no tyres had been delivered for me and they hadn't received notification from CarTyres.com. No 'phone number to contact CarTyres.com on my confirmation email so a wasted day.
My advice, avoid this seller and take your business elsewhere.

Time wasters. Quote unrealistically low prices for tyres so that when you turn up at Halfords they tell you they can't fit them for that price and have cancelled the booking. Of course Halfords don't contact you in advance because they are a bunch of time wasters too.

They should have had 2 Firestone tyres delivered to fit my van on Tuesday morning . Called at due time and staff found it amusing that the order had been rejected by them as not enough profit Strange as Halfords website were offering the same Tyres with a £20 Argos voucher

absolute con just like all the other people promised tyres at price and then Halfords call and say they cannot source the tyres at that price. Impossible to call the website as no telephone number and no response to emails either beware

Exactly the same experience as a lot of the other reviews indicate - no tyres delivered to Halfords, they say they couldn't buy them at that price etc etc.

I took a day off work to get this sorted and after two emails to customer service without a response, I have given up.

Shocking service, avoid this site.

Should have looked here before I ordered. Mine seems to be a common story.

Took my car to the Halfords auto centre at designated time, thankfully it's just down the road. Guess what, no tyres. The reason given, sorry mate we can't buy them in at that price.

Thank you so very much for wasting my time. Why no communication about this.

I ordered the tyre and booked the fitting appointment online, email confirmation in my mail box as I have from other purchases only to receive a call from the management at Halfords cancelling the order the next morning. The manager went on to say that the order was fake and the online company was selling items that they could not supply at the agreed price.
I have contacted the customer support line on two occasions on the phone number on their website and I have left my contact details but not had any response 48 hours later as well as also sending a detailed message setting out my issues with the purchase to the email of the customer service giving them an opportunity to reply to what the Halfords manager had said but again no response has been received.
In my experience I would purchase from an established company and not waste your time and energy buying from this seller as it just added time to me being able to receive my new tyres for £4 more than the original purchase price and I have invoices as proof.

They fitted 2 tyres for me and didn't bother to check the base of the valves was clear of material (caused a puncture), failed to weight the wheel at all and threaded a bolt and hub, meaning they bot needed replacing. have eventually had the money I spent at Halfords returned after much effort, but have had to waste much time getting it all sorted without any recompense or them paying for the additional tyres I replaced theirs with. lesson learnt!

Ordered 4 michelin crossclimate tyres. Received confirmation email. Fitting should have happened Halfords Wigan. Before arrival phoned to halfords to confirm that my tyres have been delivered, but they didn't had a clue what I'm talking about. But said that can match price from cartyres.com and tyres will be fitted tomorrow. Thanks to Halfords I had new tyres , cartyres.com absolute rubbish...

I was recommended to cartyres.com by my friend, who had managed to save a bit of money buying them online. Having had bad experiences at garages in the past I wasn't sure what to expect, thought they might try to change the price or sell me extras I didn't need, but I was wrong! I turned up, the receptionist was friendly and took my keys, advised there may be a bit of a delay as they were short staffed and I would be called when they were finished. Although I waited a bit longer (45 minutes) they called and updated me when my car was on the ramp. Overall great friendly service and I got my tyres at a great price. Very happy!

I had Goodyear tyres for one year on my TOYOTA Auris car , its not a spoirts car , it just a normal economical cr .... after ony a year the tyres are on the limit , i drove for 10,000 miles only ... and the webiste is refusing to deal because as far as they say .. we are only providers and bookers but we dont deal with faults ..
