Process was very easy. Price offer was better than local dealers. Marc who inspected and picked up the car was great. He took a few moments to explain the process before beginning the inspection and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely get a quote from Carvana next time I am looking to sell a car.
Never again
Never again. They brought my car to me without even an oil change or washer fluid, and it was filthy. It squealed and shook. I took it to a personally trusted mechanic for a once-over. It needed front and rear brakes, motor mounts (both sides), and a tire replaced, it had a transmission leak, a blown speaker, and it had windows too dark to pass inspection in my state (it was never disclosed to me that the windows had been tinted after market). There were more issues I can’t even remember now. It was eventually taken care of but I had to do all the leg work and lose several days from my job to do it while driving over 500 miles all told in an unsafe vehicle, because I went to a local Carvana approved shop that found even more wrong with my car than I initially thought, so then I was told they only had one place that could take care of “everything” and it was 45 miles away from my home (it wasn’t “everything”, another place had to do the speaker and scrape off the window tint, which still screams when I put the window down). Meanwhile they only gave me $400 for my old car and 6 months after purchase I had to pay for the water pump to be replaced because my “new” car was just dumping coolant. I would never recommend Carvana to even my worst enemy. I’m paying way too much money for a car I hate that constantly has issues.

Easy Process, hit or miss service
If your looking for the easiest hassle free way to sell or buy a vehicle, Carvana is great. Straight forward process. Pays top dollar for vehicle without the back and forth of a dealership.
My experience with customer service was spotty. I had an appointment scheduled for my vehicle to be picked up and the morning of my appointment was just cancelled..no communication or explanation as to why. Later I was told due to the lack of driver's but this is a key component of your service which is advertised. I had to take my vehicle to a location 2 hrs away with zero accomodations being fault of Carvana.

I’ve now sold 2 cars with Carvana and both times have been incredibly easy. Just upload the required documents and schedule the pick up. The associates are friendly and are very quick with doing their inspections and getting any final forms signed. Gave me such a great price for my vehicle. Looking forward to buying one from you guys sometimes soon.

Safety Concerns Ignored After Reporting Vehicle Damage Within 7-Day Window
This has been ongoing since 4th dayafter purchase until current date. I purchased a Lexus IS200T from Carvana and reported multiple issues within the required 7-day post-delivery period, including a large paint chip, overspray across the front end, and deterioration of the factory-installed paint protection film (PPF).
I took the vehicle to a repair shop recommended through Carvana/SilverRock, where I was informed that overspray affecting the headlights could create a nighttime safety concern due to reduced visibility.
I also reported damage to the factory-installed PPF located in front of the rear tires. These protective films come standard on Lexus IS200T models and are functional, not cosmetic. They are designed to protect the paint and body panels from rock chips, moisture intrusion, and eventual rust. Despite this, I was told the issue was “cosmetic” and the damaged film would not be replaced.
I submitted photos and estimates within the required timeframe, but most of the claim was denied. During the process, I was offered $100 “for being a valued customer” toward repairs that are clearly far more extensive than that amount. I declined because I simply wanted the vehicle repaired properly.
I was also promised a management callback after the issue was supposedly escalated, but I never received one. My vehicle has remained in the shop while I continue paying out of pocket for a rental car.
I paid approximately $17,000 for this vehicle, put $3,900 down, and financed it at a 26.99% interest rate. It was not a great financial deal, but I chose Carvana because I trusted their reputation over many other used car lots. I would rather pay more for a vehicle I truly wanted than settle for something cheaper that I did not even like.
At this point, I am simply asking for the documented damage and reported concerns to be properly addressed and repaired.

I have to shine a light on Jasmine for a second! I had such a great experience with her when she came to pick up the vehicle. She was very polite and knew exactly how to do her job!

Selling my car to Carvana was an excellent experience. The offer price was great, and the entire process was incredibly simple and smooth.
Most of the paperwork was completed online, and the actual appointment on site took only about 7 minutes. No pressure, no wasted time, and the payment process was easy as well.

Selling to Carvana was an absolute dream. No nonsense, clear communication, and every step was so easy. They arrived on time, checked the car, filled everything out and left in under 15 minutes. My only regret is not buying my replacement vehicle from them. Working with the Toyota dealer is a nightmare. We are now huge carvana fans and will return to purchase when we need our next vehicle.

I’m giving it 2 stars ONLY because their customer service ppl are very nice..The company however, if you want a beat down previous rental, fleet or leased vehicle that’s filthy disgusting inside, has undisclosed damages in and out, and breaks before you even get to drive it, then this is the place for you! Sure they offer an exchange but it’s almost impossible to find something the same price range in good shape and you lose ANY money you spent on shipping. This was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made in purchasing a vehicle, I should have known better!! Just don’t do it. Go somewhere else.
