Dispatch and delivered between Christmas day and New Years day all on the basic free postage. Website easy to navigate and find what you want. Price as good as you'll find with somebody reputable.

So I suppose if your regulator is to break, it should be during a dry spell, so for that I’m grateful 🙏🏻.
I had 3 days before rain, so I ordered on the Sunday and paid for next day delivery (cost was reasonable). The website made it very clear which one to order and as planned the goods arrived Tuesday.
I fitted the regulator and window now closes and, of course opens too.
My advise to anyone replacing theirs, is to leave the broken one in situ until you have the replacement. Then study the positioning and replicate that with the new one laying on the ground just under the door. Once you’re happy it’s the same, then proceed to remove the broken one.
Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend and (if needed) use again.
