Quite honestly surprised by the good…
Quite honestly surprised by the good quality and perfect fit at this price. They work fine too.
All I didn't like much was the small nylon clip that locks the glass to the lifter block. I just could not get them to snap into place, and ended up re-using my old OEM clips.
[edit: in fact, although much easier to fit, the OEM clips were age-worn and eventually fell off during testing. Eventually I did manage to get one of the supplied clips fitted, and that seems very secure. The big question now is where I put the other one... ]
The kit did not include replacement grommets for the holes through the window glass. Mine were in pieces so I had to buy elsewhere (used to be rubber, now silicone). But I bet OEM don't include new grommets either.

Part was just as required. Needed window regulator for an Audi TT. Called to confirm and rep was very pleasant, confirming that I had found the correct part. Prompt next day delivery and saved about £50 by going through this supplier instead of going to the local brick and mortar parts shop. Thanks.

Excellent service for moderate price
The guys and girls at CarWindowRegs were brilliant. The window regulator fitted perfectly to my DS5 and arrived within a few days. The customer service too was helpful. When I realised that I put my old address on the order, they were help me to cancel my order and raise a new one. The money was refunded instantly. So, overall I'm happy with the service and would recommend to everyone.
