Webshop stock not updated, but overall good customer service.

Ordered wrap film marked as in stock, but got a message just after that it was not. But they were helpful and right off the bat offered money back if I could not wait. They kept me updated unprompted on waiting time after I told them I would wait. Package arrived well packaged and cared for. Overall a good impression and professional costumer service, but pulling one star for the webshop not being updated on stock.
