Horrible and worse sever ever just go to a main dealer
Wish I could give minus points. I ordered a 21 plate car and from day one had many issues. The car ended up going back after I had to spend nearly over £2000 on rental cars and taxis. In the time it has taken Carzoo to mess up and cause me stress and illnes SEAT have sorted me a 22 plate car in a week. I will never be going with carzoo and have recommended everyone not to go there.
Here is a list of issues I have had with carzoo:
1) 21 plate car with 5,000 miles have warning lights after leaving showroom
2) When repairing the car I was told to have a rental car for 1 week although the car was "Repaired" in a day
3) Rental car I got I had to pay £400 extra for insurance due to being under 25 however the damage to the car is not my fault
4) When finally picking up the car it now handled differently and I no longer felt safe in the car (Somehow back on website with loads of faults)
5) I was told I would pay back after paying for a rental car and more but never got the full payment, this led to them saying it has paid when it never was and seeming like I was accused of lying which funny coming from this company
6) I was told to keep receipts for payment while sorting a new car out for me. I did this but then paying this back to me was rejected as apparently this was never said over the phone but I have email proof
7) A car was reserved for me to have but my application was rejected as I apparently already had 2 cars
8) slow pick-up phone times
9) lack of communication
10) I have about 10 different people telling me they have taken responsibility for my case
The stress and anger Carzoo has caused me is without belief. Do not trust a single word coming from anyone as its lies beyond lies.
I am still currently in dispute with Carzoo

All good things come to those who wait
After previous complaint about not accepting virgin money account ,adeem ( sorry if spelt name wrong ! ) Rang me and said I could use my husband's account which I did today ...I went very well got a very good price and was very happy nothing was too much for them ,very friendly and efficient at bishop Auckland ....thank you for everyone's help and as promised have made up for the bad review ..top marks
