Excellent plantshop and excellent…

Excellent plantshop and excellent customer service (it might take a few days to get an answer but you will get one :), nice healthy plants. The few issues I've had with Casa Botanica have always been solved in a very satisfying way, I absolute recommend them.

Great plants, great customer service - Amazing experience!

The plants arrived in perfect conditions and it only took 3 days to arrive in Ireland once it was shipped. Customer service was top notch as well and my queries were answered within 24 hours (working day). I realised I bought the wrong plant and they were so kind to accommodate me by swapping it to the plant I wanted (they were within the same price range). Overall, I would 10/10 buy from them again.

Première commande, parfaite !!

FR- Ravi de ma première commande.
Les plantes sont en parfait état. J’ai reçu ma commande en 3 jours (en France).
J’ai longtemps hésité à commandé chez Casa Botanica, mais quand j’ai vu qu’ils avaient un Cissus Discolor, j’ai commandé direct ! Et je ne regrette pas, il n’y a aucun dégâts sur les feuilles (3 plantes). Le colis était bien emballé.

EN- In love with my first order.
The plants are in perfect condition. I received my order in 3 days (in France).
I hesitated for a long time before ordering from Casa Botanica, but when I saw they had a Cissus Discolor, I ordered direct! And I do not regret, there is no damage to the leaves (3 plants). The package was well packed.

Very diapointed with them plant arrived…

Very diapointed with them plant arrived in out of pot condition. Short of 2 plant fr what i oder. Oder 49euro price tag ekskimo super silver send me price the one with price.tag 24.99 type. Submit my complain with the pictures proof. Response very bad way.said if i not happy send back all the plant without missing any stem.and regard short items they send me promised going to ship me but never happend. Bad .bad.not recommended. Disappointing treated the customer like that.

Excellent, careful packaging, beautiful plants

Excellent packaging, the plants arrived without any leaf damage. Also- they are much bigger than portrayed on the pictures. They were well-developed and shipped well, even though they were on the way for 5 days (not the fault of casa, it happened because of Danish national holiday). They got shipped on Monday and luckily arrived before the weekend, even this way.
Big well done! :)

I have ordered from them many times and…

I have ordered from them many times and I noticed that they ALWAYS ship the plants on Thursdays. Other plant shops usually ship them between Monday and Wednesday, so they avoid having to leave the plants in the box at the weekend when the courier is overloaded with packages. Especially because in my case they are sent from the Netherlands to Belgium, delivery will typically take a day longer.
The first four times my plants arrived in reasonable condition, but I am always afraid if they have to spend the weekend at the warehouse that they suffer too much in the dark. Why can't they take the weekend into account like other plant shops?

excellent experience

I purchased a Begonia White Ice from Casa Botanica. It was delivered quickly and was well packed. The plant itself is beautiful and very healty. Definitely would order again! Thank you

5 Stars and more!

I ordered this week the first time 3 plants with Casa Botanica and I am really, really happy with this. It took only 4 days from NL to DE. The Packing was good. Not so much plastic. And the main thing - the Plants are beautiful and healthy :-) I will order again!

I was a bit scared to order because of…

I was a bit scared to order because of the negative reviews, but my plant arrived very fast, the packaging was very professional and it's a healthy plant (no damaged leaves, growing new ones, no root rot, no fungus on the soil, no insects). I'll definitely order again.

4,5 stars. I´m very happy with the plants and prices are great. They have rare plants that one almost never sees anywhere in Europe.
Small problems: website is in Dutch, many pages have no English translation and understanding Terms with Google translator isn´t that easy, for example. Just as the banner said, dispatch time was longer than usual (full week) due to COVID.

I've ordered multiple times

I've ordered multiple times, only once had a slight issue. It took over a week to resolve due to a busy time but the shop did offer compensation for a damaged plant. Angela, the owner, is a very nice and kind person and I genuinely am happy with the service.

Horrible experience

We ordered quite a lot of plants from Casa Botanica. From 30 ordered, only 1 came in good condition, others were almost completely dead or in very very bad condition. After writing several emails to get a refund or return plants, I never got an answer. Do not buy from this shop.... I have nothing good to say about them.

Zero costumer support, so unprofessional

The web shop sells regularly very rare and expensive plant and they seem very professional and friendly... until you need their help on order gone missing or stuck with the courier. They don’t pick up the phone (why put a phone number on the profile of you aren’t going to answer?), they don’t respond to email neither to DM’s (only to the good ones). Spending so much money on a plant and trusting a shop so much and then find out that they don’t give a damn if the plants arrive or not is very upsetting. An advice for the seller in question: just hire someone who can handle costumer care.
Still waiting to hear from them after 10 days, don’t think they would give me a refund.

I cant say anything good about them

I cant say anything good about them. Because I never received the plant I paid for and I never got a refund either.
The shipping company apparently claimed they delivered my plant at my neighbors house. However I didnt get a leaflet saying where they delivered, somebody signed for it, my neighbors didnt know anything about a delivery.

Casa botanica responded very slow to my emails. After a week they said the shipping company gave an address. I went to that adress - french fries restaurant from people I know very well - they do accept a lot of packages for us. But there wasnt one from casa botanica! Casa botanica didn't believe me and refused to refund me. This is horrible customer service any other company would have offered a refund or at least would send the plant again. I lost my money for the plant + shipping costs. When I contacted casa botanica again. They just IGNORED MY EMAIL.

I feel scammed.
Money gone, no plant received.

Terrible experience. Lost money

One of the worst online purchase experience of my life. The plants looked gorgeous and I spent quite a lot of money online buying many high end plants. Since the order has been processed the experience has only gotten worse. The shipping company tracking was not working properly, the delivery got delayed several times and got no communication from Casa Botanica whatsoever. When finally the order came in, only half the order arrived and the conditions of the plants was horrible. Most of them were dead or dying, really poor conditions.
I tried to contact Casa Botanica several times on their phone number, never got an answer. Wrote an email and several days later finally got an aggressive reply where Casa Botanica was blaming me for what happened saying I should have warned them of the delay so they could have taken measure to fix it (I tried calling them at least 10 times).

End of the story they refused to offer a full refund for the half delivered, mostly dead, plants and stopped replying my emails. I am now left with 10 empty plastic pots and hundreds of euros less in my bank account.

Do not buy from this company, I cannot stress this enough. Basically a scam
