This is absolutely not a genuine Australian company. Pretty sure they buy from Temu and resell at a huge profit. Bought duvet cover as their ad came up on my FB page, wasn’t looking for one and foolishly didn’t check the reviews. Duvet eventually arrived, I like it but was suspicious, checked Temu site and it was $33, I paid AUS$145 😡 have been in touch with them and also Temu who do not acknowledge they know the company. Casa and Beyond refuse to refund any monies. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE, TOTAL CROOKS.

Disgusting! Got a pillow $135 down to $65! It’s really only worth $6.50!
Order came direct from china! Likely TEMU.
Memory foam! Was beaded fluff and a total rip off

I still did not receive my order. Apparently it was delivered while I was not at home, nobody contacted me and it was sent back to Casa Carta. They asked me to pay for the new delivery, which does not make sense. Horrible customer service to be honest.

Easy to order, arrived promptly and well protected - unlike some other companies! I’d use Casa-carta again.

Beautiful ceramics that were carefully packaged and arrived quickly. Such a cheerful design.

I have placed my order with them 10 September 2022. They replied that they confirm my order and will text separately once the order is shipped. Since then i have neither received a note from them, nor I received my order. After several tries to contact them via email and website, there was no reply. They also deleted my comment when I tried to contact them via the comments on Instagram.

Absolutely love this stuff. And customer service is amazing too. Definitely recommend x

For the money spent on this item, I was poorly disappointed with the quality of it as well as the delivery of the parcel. I have bought countless luxury items, and the presentation was beyond underwhelming. Had quite high hopes for purchasing from this brand, however it is not worth the price!

Casa Carta’s scallop line has just stunning colours in a fun print! I ordered the butter dish and pitcher. Both are high quality and perfectly correspond to the pictures on site. No problems with delivery or packaging either.

Bought the Casa Carta playing cards and absolutely love them. They arrived quickly and have become a staple on my coffee table.

I'm a big fan of Casacarta. The price point allows me to buy quality items that will last a long time and aren't dull. I don't want to have to buy things the whole time and knowing that there's craftsmanship behind the pieces is super important to me. As is the fact that the owner is a female entrepreneur who works independently and not some huge name-less multi-national. Love the stuff and love the ethos. Bravo CasaCarta!

I ordered a large bee candle and unfortunately it arrived broken, even though it was well wrapped and packed.

The customer services team immediately stepped up and sent me a brand new one, wrapped in even more layers to avoid it breaking again.

The candle looks beautiful and smells amazing! Really recommend.
