I do love the color & pattern of the blanket I purchased but they should disclose that their stuff comes from China. Now I’m stuck with a king size blanket that’s too small for my king size bed. Yes I should have measured first. I wanted to exchange for the bigger size until they told me I’d be responsible for shipping to China. Next time I’ll do more research. I will not purchase from here again.

My blanket is beautifully bold and vibrant like me. The bonus being that it’s reversible.
Also arrived in a timely manner.
I am looking forward to exploring more of what Casa & Beyond offers.

I ordered the 30 by 17 mat and put it in my shower tub. I have been standing on it and I love the feeling that it gives me. I have no slip. It is one of the best mats I have ever had. Thank you again.

I bought a "high quality stainless steel" kettle advertised as for residential and commercial use. After 4 weeks (about 20 uses) the kettle had significant observable corrosion. The company "reviewed" my photos and would not refund the item, despite Australian consumer law requiring this when a major fault is present. If corrosion in a kettle isnt a major product fault, what is? Twrrible experience. Junk item. $90 wasted. I should have been suspicious when it came in a beat up box fully in Chinese.

I have made two purchases now from Casa and Beyond. Their merchandise is high quality, communication is excellent and delivery was prompt.

I will continue to purchase from such an excellent company.

Really love the cover I recently ordered. Its so beautiful, feels great & the tassels are lovely. Super happy!

I was impressed by the unique design and fabrics of the couch covers and blankets. It was so hard to choose given the variety on offer. Tracking was a little difficult to use and was a little slow in the last phase due to customs issues I guess. Happy with product quality, colour and fit - it passed the lab test by my Labrador

Every time I have dealt with Casa and Beyond, I have received my order in a very timely fashion and it is exactly as advertised. I love the feel of the blankets and I can't fault them. If somebody wants a light blanket that suits every situation, I would highly recommend this business in supplying it. Even with my hot flushes, it is able to be used comfortably.

It took a little while coming and I was beginning to think it was another scam website. I reached to say just that, they responded immediately and my product arrived 2 days later. They were lovely and the product is gorgeous

Beautiful blankets - hard to choose which one to buy! Delivery was quick.

Your customer service was excellent! I contacted them when I realized I ordered the wrong one. Once I received it I contacted them to let them know and the quick response came back with a deeper discount for the 2nd one. I love the product too!

I bought my first cover and loved it so much I bought a second then a third all at seperate times. I am thinking of my next one and with the quality of the spreads I don’t think I will go wrong. Beautiful colours and designs. I show everyone I can. After the 4 th one the delivery fellow will know us personally. It has always been fast delivery and on time. Also packaged well. Thank you for a beautiful product.

Obviously cheap imports, massively in order, problem either delivery partners. Suspected scams. Order not delivered. Supposedly returned to Casa.

I bought a table to sit on the arm of a sofa. When it arrived it was poor quality and did not look like the picture.
An attempt to return it led to this gem of a response-

“Upon reviewing the order, the item does match what was ordered, so unfortunately we're not able to class it as faulty. That said, I completely understand it's not what you were hoping for, and I do want to help you sort this out.”

“You're absolutely welcome to return it for a full refund. Because it's a non-faulty return, it would need to go back to our return warehouse in Guangdong, China, with shipping at your end. Once it arrives and is checked, we'll process your refund. Just a heads-up that international returns can take up to 70 days from dispatch to completion.”

Another crappy and deceptive webstore selling junk from China.

Ordered an item nearly 4 weeks ago and have not received it.

Casa and Beyond has not sent me my item that I ordered on July 2nd! No response- No item delivered I'm beginning to believe this is a fake website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm regretting spending my hard earned money on an item that I will probably never see. Be aware.
