Don't bother buying from here unless your are 100% sure you want it. I bought a jacket for my son but it was too small. The only returns information is to email them, which I have done 5 times but heard nothing.

Goods not delivered, sent a false dispatch tracking number and no response to emails or calls. Nice Christmas present for us all - They have taken off their facebook and twitter accounts but no administration announcement.

I order my goods from them on 24/11/2013 still not received anything .send them a emails but not response at all.absolutly shit customer service .never again.they website is not working as well.is enybody know they phone number and if its work??

Not happy paid £148.50 Nov 28 2013 and still not received goods I keep emailing them , and only get a ticket number. I have reported them to my bank. Can anyone tell me what's going on with this company

I placed an order and paid £76 on 4th December but did not receive anything! All my emails have been ignored and paypal say it's too late for me to open a dispute. I will take it up with trading standards but I suspect Casabu have gone bump and taken everyone's money with them!

Ordered something before Xmas. Not received a single response and to be honest never ordering from them again. Please stay away from them.

Everyone who ordered from Casabu over Christmas 2013, received precisely nothing. Not even a response, when I say everyone, I mean literally everyone. Check their facebook reviews now. If I could of not put any stars at all I would. Thieves.

i have always looked on this site for deals etc and have good sales etc, so recently i ordered some girls boots for my granddaughter. you have to wait for the sale to finish before you get your order, if you e mail them regarding the order the take ages to reply plus they haven't a clue on how to find your order details even if you have informed them. then when the boots finally arrived the boots which where supposed to be a size five where very under sized and more like a size 3, even if they were international sizes. then i contacted them regarding this matter because they state on there website that you have to pay £3.95 to return them, so i e mailed the customer service to ask if i would get refund on the boots plus the return cost as the boots where clearly under sized. they could not be bothered even answering my mail or advise what to do. i will never use there site again and wont recommend them to anyone.
