Quality frames
The quality of the frames and customer service have been excellent, my only tiny small negative would be that the border inserts are a touch on the small side, we had purchased an a4 and a3 and their is a slight gap between the border and the poster we have put inside.

Wonderful mirror at a reasonable price
The mirror makes our lounge much brighter. It’s exactly what we were looking for, looks very sleek. The only thing is that in the bottom corners the mirror is a little distorted but not very noticeably.

I ordered from Germany and wasn’t really sure at first because I just did not know casa chic. Everything went fine. I had absolutely no problems with anything and the goods were packed better than some big retailers do. :)

Outstanding customer service
Found this boutique on blue light card app, Ordered a mirror delivered very speedy unfortunately the glass was broken in transit despite being very well protected. Contacted casa chic who replied within the hour and arranged for replacement which arrived perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company and they have some wonderful items.
