Worst company I've ever ordered from!
This company is not based in London, it is actually in Nigeria (look at the address for where you have to post items if returning them ), so don't waste your money ordering from them. Delivery is advertised as between 5-10 days. I waited for over a month for my delivery, the order finally came and it didn't even fit. I was partially refunded for the dress (50% refund). They did ask me to retract my review for that refund, but I could not, I have to be honest. Terrible shopping experience.

Its quite disheartening to see such lies told against a small business. Firstly your item was shipped from our UK office with our UK address clearly written on it. Its shocking to see that you lied that we asked that you retract your review for a refund when that was not the case. We offered you a 50% refund because you complained about your outfit and we paid this amount to compensate for the alteration that you claimed that you needed. It was after we believed that we had resolved all your issues that we asked if you would rescind your review because we thought you were happy with our resolution. To which you never replied and we never asked again. Please note that in the unlikely event that our esteemed customer need to return, we will always send a prepaid return shipping label or offer a refund to the satisfaction of our customers. Casadelamo is a duly registered UK company and can be verified on GOV.UK. Thank you

Late shipping and poor sizing
Ordered a dress and took over a month to arrive, only for the dress not to fit.
I ordered in my normal size and it must have been at least 1 or 2 dress sizes smaller. There is also a no returns policy which makes my situation more infuriating. Will not be purcashing from them again
