I ordered a bonsai olive tree as a gift…

I ordered a bonsai olive tree as a gift and it arrived almost naked, without leaves. The legs on the vase were not stable at all and it had to stand without them. I am unsatisfied, I spent a lot of time looking for a good store to order from. The person I gave it to was of great importance to me, unfortunately I was ashamed

Please send us photos of the bonsai to evaluate the leaf problem and possibly replace it.
As for the legs of the pot, you need to use a hammer to fix them.
